We keep your purchase records — no receipts to dig up
Every purchase is recorded in our system under your name. Years later, when a driver fails or you want to add matching downlights to a new room, we can look up exactly what you bought, when, and from which supplier. Warranty claims and repeat orders start with a WhatsApp message, not a hunt through old drawers.
What warranty covers
Warranty periods differ by brand and product — ask us for the specific coverage when you buy. In general, manufacturer warranties cover manufacturing defects. They do not cover wrong installation, water damage, power surges, misuse, or physical damage. Depending on the case, installation, dismantling or delivery costs may be charged even when the item itself is replaced under warranty — we will always tell you before any cost is incurred.
